Classes

  • This class is a one hour cardio workout using Real Ryder bikes. The bikes allow for three planes of movement and increased muscle engagement while in and out of the saddle. Your instructor will incorporate fun music and guidance to help you enjoy the ride.

  • This class is a 45 minute cardio workout using Real Ryder bikes. The bikes allow for three planes of movement and increased muscle engagement while in and out of the saddle. Your instructor will incorporate fun music and guidance to help you enjoy the ride.

  • This class is a 45 minute cardio workout using Real Ryder bikes and 15 minutes of stretching exercises that focus on the muscles you use during outdoor or indoor cycling.

  • This class is divided into a 30 minute cardio workout using Real Ryder bikes and 30 minutes of sculpting exercises focusing on upper body, lower body and core. The instructor may incorporate circuit training exercises and/or dumbbells to achieve your sculpting goals.

  • This barre class is for anyone interested in toning their core, arms and legs. The instructor will focus on teaching the fundamentals of a barre class, as well as, focusing on pulsing movements and stretching. You will leave the class with more knowledge about the art of a barre class and with more confidence in your movement.

  • This class is for the beginner to advanced barre participant. We will focus on long and lean muscle development using small pulsing movements, isometric holds, and light weight equipment. This class will help develop full body muscle toning and a strong core.

  • Get ready to bring your barre workout to the next level. This fast paced barre class will incorporate traditional barre movements with high intensity interval training (HIIT) to get your heart rate up and your muscles burning. Get ready to sweat, tone and tighten.

  • This Pilates Mat class, inspired by Classical Pilates foundations, focuses on building your balance and strength from the core. You will see traditional Pilates, but also a twist through added strength training movements that create a well rounded flow.

  • Join this exciting strength and cardio combination where we will work on incorporating sculpting exercises and cardio equipment like the Real Ryder bikes, rowers and Krank Cycles. This workout will typically be in a circuit format utilizing all the equipment Oconee Fit has to offer.

  • Yoga classes with Patti at Oconee Fit are suitable for practitioners of all levels. Classes are designed to cultivate a union of breath, body and mind. This is a restful practice where the focus is on slowing down and creating space in the body through passive stretching. The main focus of class is to alleviate muscle tension and stress.This is done by spending more time in fundamental yoga poses (asanas), typically holding poses for 1-3 minutes. During this style of yoga, we release tension in the muscles through poses designed to support and comfort. By maintaining fundamental poses, learning to breathe deeply into each, and focusing on sensations that arise we will lengthen and strengthen our bodies.Participants will be encouraged to embrace the connection between breath, body, and brain to aid their overall health and well being.
