ABOUT OCONEE FIT

Jen Register has been in the fitness industry since 1998.  She has worked at small boutique studios, as well as big box gyms all over the United States.  After moving to the Oconee area, Jen noticed that there was not a studio that offered a variety of fitness classes with quality instruction under one roof.  After identifying this need, the Oconee Fit concept was created.

The goal of Oconee Fit is to create a community that supports and builds each other up, allowing everyone to find a class or concept they can make their own. Beginner, intermediate and advanced classes are offered in Real Ryder cycle, barre, boot camps, yoga, and sculpting.  Class times will begin at 5:30 am and run until 6:30 pm.  Jennifer has created a team of fitness professionals who will always offer safe, fun and effective workouts. We can't wait to share our passion for fitness with you.

  • Rachel is an amazing spin coach! She stays engaged throughout the entire class making sure to keep everyone on task and involved in the ride. Her music is upbeat and keeps the crowd engaged- at any age. She sets up the ride at the beginning so you alway know exactly what to expect. Her rides are well planned out and rarely the same rides week to week which I appreciate!

  • Nikki’s classes are the very best. She will get you in shape and keep you in shape. In 15 years of cycling classes, no other instructor inspires me to work as hard as Nikki. Every workout is different than the last, and the playlists are just what you need. Starting your day with Nikki’s class makes you feel like you can do anything! And eventually you’ll only feel a little dread when she says “today we’re doing builders.”
